Refund policy
Conditions for Exchange/Refund
(A) We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
(B) All items must be returned in their original, unused condition along with the invoice, tags, labels, and any packaging supplied at the time of delivery.
(C) Refunds are only processed in cases where a manufacturing defect is identified and confirmed by our quality team. Approved refunds will be issued exclusively through bank transfer.
(D) Products can be exchanged for a different size, color, or an entirely different style. Alternatively, you may opt for a store credit voucher, which will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
Procedure for Exchange/Refund
(A) To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@loyzo.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests received beyond this period may not be eligible.
(B) Ensure your email includes the invoice, clear images of the product, and the product tag. If your order contains multiple items, kindly mention the relevant Product ID for accuracy.
(C) Once we review and approve your request, we will share the return instructions. You may then ship the product back to the address provided.
(D) After your item reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality check. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request within 2–3 working days.
(E) Upon approval, refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly. Refunds are credited to your bank account or payment method within 3–4 business days from initiation.

General Conditions
(A) In case of any dispute or confusion regarding the Return and Exchange Policy, the final decision of Aurea Femina / Loyzo Retail India Pvt. Ltd. shall be considered binding.
List of Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
(A) Products purchased during sale events, special promotions, or discount periods.
(B) Items that are used, washed, damaged, stained, or returned without original tags and packaging.
(C) Customized or altered products, including items modified specifically at the customer’s request.
